About Me

Dr Nabolotny is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine. He has been in practice in the Chicago area for over 30 years. Dr Nabolotny has served in various administrative roles over his career and is currently the Medical Director for several of the neighborhood Skilled Nursing Facilities.

 

After many years of a full time primary care practice, Dr Nabolotny has now limited his practice to pursue his passion in caring for the elderly at the Skilled Nursing Facilities.

 

Dr Nabolotny lives with his wife in the northern suburbs and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and two  dogs.
