Dr. Puderbaugh is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, KS, where she studied Flute Performance and Chemistry. She went on to obtain her Osteopathic medical degree at Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. She completed her internship through the U.S. Army at Walter Reed National Military Medical Consortium. During her time in the military, she was the proud recipient of the U.S. Army Achievement Medal. She went on to complete training in Internal Medicine at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO. She is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Puderbaugh has extensive experience in geriatric and senior care, having served as medical director at multiple long term care facilities and as primary care physician at over ten more facilities in the Saint Joseph and Savannah, MO areas. She has provided care as a hospitalist throughout Missouri, with emphasis in management of acute and critically ill patients. As Chief Medical Officer at Fulton Medical Center in Fulton, MO, she advanced the local hospital services of the community during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Puderbaugh’s area of practice includes acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions in the adult population with emphasis on geriatrics, women’s health, and mental health. When not in the clinic, you can find her out on the trails with her dogs, Sasha Sue and Penny Lou.
